Terms of sale

1. Seller and scope

These terms govern the sale of AppGap reports offered on getappgap.com by KIPDEV SAS, 4 rue des Frênes, 33700 Mérignac, France, RCS Bordeaux 884 120 890, EU VAT FR17884120890 (“the publisher”). Every order implies acceptance of these terms, which the buyer ticks explicitly before paying. They are governed by French law; nothing in them removes a protection a consumer holds under the mandatory law of their country of residence.

2. The service

The user describes a product idea. The service queries a search engine, reads public web pages and uses a language model to assess the idea. A preview (overall score, per-criterion scores, two risks) is free, up to three analyses per day per visitor. The full report adds the reasoning behind each score with its sources, the competitors found and their prices, demand signals, all risks, a pricing recommendation and a test to run.

A report reflects the public information available at the time of the analysis. It may be incomplete (unindexed pages, content behind a login) and does not guarantee the accuracy of the third-party pages it cites, nor the commercial success of any project.

3. Prices and payment

On the English site: Full report $19; Pack of 3 reports $39 (three full reports to unlock, no expiry). On the French site the same offers are billed in euros (€19 and €39, VAT included). One-time payment, no subscription, no renewal. Payment is by card through Stripe Payments Europe Ltd; the publisher never sees card numbers. Your statement shows “KIPDEV* APPGAP”. Stripe issues an invoice in the publisher's name to the email entered at checkout. Sales tax or VAT is included where applicable.

Promo codes are entered before checkout opens; an invalid or expired code is refused, never silently ignored.

4. Delivery

The report is available as soon as payment is confirmed, at a personal link sent by email. That link is your access key: keep it and share it only with people you choose. Links can be resent from Find my reports. Pack credits are activated on a device through the link received by email.

5. Right of withdrawal

The report is digital content supplied other than on a tangible medium. Under article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code (and article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply once performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that they lose that right. Before paying, the buyer ticks a box asking for immediate access and acknowledging this; the time of that consent is stored with the order.

For a pack, reports not yet unlocked have not been supplied: you can get a pro-rata refund for them within fourteen days of purchase by writing to contact@getappgap.com.

6. Complaints and guarantee

If a report could not be produced or displayed after payment, the publisher runs it again or refunds it in full. Complaints go to contact@getappgap.com. The legal conformity guarantees for digital content (articles L224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) apply.

7. Liability

The publisher takes reasonable steps to make sure the information in reports matches the cited pages (names and prices are checked against their source). It is not liable for decisions made on the basis of a report, nor for the content of third-party websites.

8. Disputes

In case of a dispute, first send a written complaint to contact@getappgap.com. If no solution is found, consumers may refer the dispute free of charge to a consumer mediator, whose details are given in the legal notice.
